Why Not Us?

So it's going to be the Packers vs the Patriots in SB42 eh? I heard that they may even cancel the games tomorrow so they get an extra weeks rest to play one another for the Fairy Tale Game of the Century.

As some annoying guy on ESPN says, not so fast my friend.

Last I checked the temperature in Green Bay tomorrow will be the same for both teams. I don't think Favre is capable of parting the clouds and stopping the wind while on offense. Although I wouldn't put it past the guy.

When the Giants beat the Bears in Soldier Field this season, weren't the winds upwards of 25 MPH? Did you see them play the Dolphins in London? I barely did as the rain covered the screen for most of the day and I am not sure what I saw. I do recall the Giants clinching a playoff berth while playing in Buffalo in December in an awful snowstorm.

What am I saying? I guess that the game of football still has to be played for 60 minutes tomorrow. If the Giants can get their hands on Brett Favre, they will force him into bad throws and need to capitalize on things. Last I checked the most competitive opponent for the NE Patriots this season was no other than the New York Football Giants.

And the Giants are ready for a rematch.

GO BLUE!!!
