Run a search through the report. The only mention of McGwire is in relation to the Andro, which was legal in every sense of the word. There are no other allegations levied against him by Mitchell.
MLB just declined to discipline Ankiel on the HGH shipment, while at the same time suspending Guillen and Gibbons.
